Where your data lives
Your register data is stored on your devices and on our servers so branches stay in sync. The register keeps working offline and sends changes to the server when the connection returns. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls per staff role and branch.
Who sees it
People you give accounts to inside your pharmacy see the data their role allows. We share data with service providers that help us run PharmaFlow, such as hosting, and only as needed to provide the service. We disclose data when the law requires it, such as a lawful request from an authority or auditor.
How long we keep it
We keep your business records while your account is active and for as long as tax, accounting, or pharmacy record rules require. When you close your account, ask us and we will delete or return your data, except where the law says we must keep it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to how it is used. Where local law gives you further rights, such as under the Data Protection and Privacy Act of Uganda or the GDPR, those rights apply. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
Security
We protect your data with access controls per role and branch, encrypted connections, and routine backups. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so keep your password private and tell us at once if an account is misused.
