Terms and Conditions
Overview
Effective date: October 16, 2026
These terms cover your use of PharmaFlow, the sales and stock software for pharmacies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
These terms are a binding agreement between you and PharmaFlow. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
The service
PharmaFlow provides a pharmacy register: point of sale, medicine and batch stock tracking, purchases, shifts, cash counts, and reports including tax totals. The register works offline and syncs when a connection is available.
Accounts and staff
- You must give true details when you sign up.
- You are responsible for your staff accounts and who can see which branch.
- Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if an account is misused.
Acceptable use
- Use PharmaFlow only for your own lawful pharmacy business.
- Do not try to break, copy, or resell the service.
- Do not enter data you have no right to store or share.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page. Fees are due in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires. If payment fails, we may pause the service after telling you, and your data stays available for export for a reasonable time afterwards.
Your data and records
Your pharmacy data stays yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for meeting your tax, accounting, and pharmacy record duties. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep PharmaFlow reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit from downtime or data entry errors. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You may stop using PharmaFlow at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or the law, after notice where practical. On ending, you can export your data within a reasonable time before it is deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Uganda.
Changes and contact
